Nebulla & DJ Dore (Ben Dotson and Maxim Kolbowski-Frampton) are an electronic music production duo from NYC. Already heavy enthusiasts in the NYC drum and bass scene, they started making music in 2002. Nebulla and DJ Dore gained significant ground with their unconventional Dirtystep Mixtape series. Whereas dubstep combines two step and breaks with Jamaican dub, Dirtystep brings the sound closer to home, adding a retro feel and the rough, rugged and raw vocals of dirty south hip-hop to the blend.

After several digital releases, they celebrated their first vinyl release "Gettin' Doe" feat. Czar Black on Los Angeles based dubstep label, La Dubstep Nostra. Now, with growing internet radio and blog-based buzz and a physical release under their belts to lend credibility to their already impressive discography, they are back with two new tracks on Code Of Arms.

Don't be deceived by the creeping pace and erie ambiance of the intro on "Orange Glow;" this track is pure audio warfare. Complete with rapid-fire drum breaks, caustic bass modulations, and air raid sirens, "Orange Glow" is sure to be a reload favorite. Get out your camouflage stylus and DU slipmats, this is one bunker-buster you don't want to miss.

Combine ghetto celebrity, west-coast flare and reverb-rich dub and you get "Hood Menace" on the flip. Grafted together with a shuffling percussive rhythm, radiating bass, and acrid g-funk lead, this hybrid leviathan will have hip-hop heads and electronic steppers rocking out from LA to NY and beyond. "Hood Menace" is a must have for those with an ear for the experimental as well as the classic.
